Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that clears blockages and restores the natural flow of energy in your body. It supports emotional, physical, and mental healing by bringing you back to balance.
Reiki can help with stress, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, sleep issues, chronic pain, and spiritual disconnection. It works holistically — not just treating symptoms, but shifting energy at the root. Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that works on your entire system — body, mind, and emotions.
The way energy flows through you directly affects the way you feel. When that flow is blocked, you may experience emotional heaviness, physical tension, or mental unrest.
During a Reiki session, we gently scan your energy field to sense where those blocks are — and then use healing touch to help clear them. As energy begins to flow naturally again, your body softens, your mind quiets, and your whole system returns to balance.
Reiki isn’t just healing — it’s a homecoming.
When you arrive, I invite you in and we sit together for about 10–15 minutes. I’ll explain what Reiki is, answer any questions you might have, and gently tune into where you are — emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
Then we move into my healing space, where you’ll lie down fully clothed in a calm, quiet environment. From there, you simply relax.
I’ll place my hands over or near your body, allowing Reiki energy to flow to wherever it’s needed most. I often use crystals during the session to support the healing process — they help clear and amplify energy around specific chakras or emotional patterns.
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some feel warmth, tingling, lightness, or deep calm. Others may not feel anything at all — and that’s completely okay. Reiki works whether it’s physically felt or not. The energy always knows where to go and how to support you best.

Reiki doesn’t rely on belief — it works because you’re an energetic being, and your body already knows how to receive it. The energy flows naturally, and your system accepts it in the way it needs.
You don’t need to “try” — just allow.

Either way, emotional counselling offers a safe, non-judgmental space to slow down and gently explore what’s going on inside...
Often, the way we feel is connected to how we think — and how we think is shaped by what we’ve believed for years. A feeling triggers a thought… the thought triggers another feeling… and before we know it, we’re caught in a cycle that keeps repeating.
In our sessions, we explore that cycle together. We look at the emotions, the thoughts, and the old beliefs underneath them — and slowly begin to release what no longer serves you. As you let go of the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, you’ll start to feel lighter, more at ease, and more connected to who you really are.
My work is intuitive and energy-based. While therapy often focuses on understanding and analysing patterns through the mind, emotional healing goes deeper — into what’s stored in the body, the heart, and your energy field.
We don’t just talk about the pain — we feel it, hold it, and gently release it.
It’s less about figuring things out and more about creating space for what’s been stuck to finally move.

Meditation isn’t about having a blank mind.
It’s about learning to become the observer of your thoughts.
And that’s the power of it — when you become the observer, you stop getting pulled into every thought or emotion.
You start to feel more in control of how you respond, rather than reacting from habit or overwhelm.
That shift — from reaction to awareness — changes everything.
And I guide you into that space gently, in a way that feels safe, simple, and personal to you.
I offer intuitive, energy-aware meditation — a blend of breathwork, body awareness, and sometimes gentle visualisation.
It’s not rigid or rule-based.
It’s about connecting to that calm space within you — the part that’s always there underneath the noise.
This isn’t performance or discipline.
It’s a quiet return to self, through stillness, presence, and feeling safe in your own energy.

I offer a 20-minute free consultation so you can get a feel for the space, the work, and whether this path resonates with you.
There’s no pressure — just a warm, open conversation to see what’s coming up for you, and how I might support your healing journey.
I offer a few different session formats, depending on what you need.
A usual session includes around 40 minutes of emotional counselling, followed by Reiki healing (45–60 minutes) — and sometimes we also work with breathwork or grounding practices if your energy calls for it.
You can also choose to have a session focused only on emotional healing, if that’s what feels right.
We’ll always decide together based on what’s coming up for you.
There’s no fixed formula — just gentle guidance, and space for your healing to unfold naturally.
