Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese energy healing technique that means “universal life force energy.” Originating with Mikao Usui in the early 1900s, Reiki works with the natural energy that flows through every living being. When this energy becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can manifest as physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, or mental unrest.
Reiki gently restores that flow — addressing the root of the imbalance, not just the surface symptoms.
